our stay at hyatt place was fantastic! the staff was incredibly helpful and so great with my 6-year-old daughter. the free breakfast was absolutely the best we've had. plus, it was right across the street from the concert venue we love, and the indoor pool was a hit with us. we’ve definitely found our go-to spot in the area.

We enjoyed our visit to the Indianapolis Zoo, which was nearby and offered a fantastic variety of animals. The kids loved seeing the elephants up close! Plus, the breakfast at the hotel had a decent selection, though it could use a few more choices.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area was too small for families.

Friendly staff, comfortable amenities. the Chromecast availability in the room came in handy when the temps outside were too cold for sightseeing, and the hotel is within walking distance of sports attractions.

Centrally located with easy walking access to downtown restaurants and entertainment. The clean and modern design of the hotel stands out, making it the nicest place I've stayed at recently. Breakfast was decent, served on a lovely terrace, enhancing the experience. While the room was nice, some amenities could use a little more attention.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay in a spacious King Room with Sofa Bed City View. The stunning skyline view made our mornings delightful! Although the coffee situation at the bar was a letdown, the friendly atmosphere mixed with comfy seating areas made for a cozy evening. Pro tip, bring your own coffee for late-night cravings!

Location is top-notch. The hotel is right across the street from Gainbridge when I went for the game. easy walk, no hassle. Plus the bar area was nice. I saw some people hoarding drinks for the game, couldn’t blame em, I woulda too if I had the time.

It was kinda pricey but you know, you pay for convenience sometimes.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the super clean vibe and how convenient it was being right across from the arena. The quick valet service saved us a ton of hassle when leaving after the concert. I also loved the easy access to nearby restaurants for a post-game meal.

Felt very homey, no complaint.
